TR: Hesabınızı GORGIY uygulaması içinden Profil > Gizlilik ve Hesap > Hesabımı Sil adımlarını izleyerek silebilirsiniz.
EN: You can delete your account in the GORGIY app from Profile > Privacy & Account > Delete Account.

- Kombinler, geri bildirimler ve giyme geçmişi / Outfits, feedback, and wear history
- AI stilist sohbet mesajları / AI stylist chat messages
- Seyahat planları, valiz listeleri ve seyahat kombinleri / Travel plans, packing checklists, and travel outfits
- Digital Model, Normal Try-On ve Reference Model girişleri, kayıtları ve sonuç görselleri / Digital Model, Normal Try-On, and Reference Model inputs, records, and result images
- Özellik kullanıldıysa Gmail bağlantıları ve e-posta import kayıtları / Gmail connections and email-import records, if the feature was used
İşlem Devam Ediyorsa / If Generation Is in Progress
TR: Digital Model veya Reference Model üretimi hâlâ devam ediyorsa güvenli silme işlemi kısa süreliğine tamamlanamayabilir. Üretim bittikten sonra tekrar deneyin; sorun sürerse privacy@gorgiy.com adresine yazın.
EN: If a Digital Model or Reference Model generation is still in progress, safe account deletion may be temporarily unavailable. Try again after generation finishes; if the issue continues, email privacy@gorgiy.com.
Sınırlı Olarak Tutulabilecek Kayıtlar / Limited Records That May Remain
TR: Google Play, Apple App Store ve RevenueCat işlem geçmişleri ilgili sağlayıcıların kendi yasal ve saklama kurallarına göre kalabilir. İade, chargeback, muhasebe/yasal yükümlülük, güvenlik, kötüye kullanım önleme ve aynı Welcome Token hakkının tekrar alınmasını engelleme için gerekli sınırlı işlem veya geri döndürülemez doğrulama kayıtları tutulabilir. Bu kayıtlar silinen profilinizi, dolabınızı veya fotoğraflarınızı yeniden oluşturmak için kullanılmaz.
EN: Google Play, Apple App Store, and RevenueCat transaction history may remain under those providers' own legal and retention requirements. Limited transaction or non-reversible verification records may be retained as needed for refunds, chargebacks, accounting/legal obligations, security, abuse prevention, and preventing repeated Welcome Token claims. These records are not used to recreate your deleted profile, wardrobe, or photos.
Abonelikler / Subscriptions
TR: Hesap silme işlemi App Store veya Google Play aboneliğinizi otomatik iptal etmeyebilir. Aktif aboneliğiniz varsa ilgili mağaza hesabınızdan ayrıca iptal etmeniz gerekir.
EN: Account deletion may not automatically cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. If you have an active subscription, you must also cancel it through the applicable store account.
