Hizmet / Service

TR: GORGIY; dolabınızdaki parçalarla kombin önerileri, AI stilist sohbeti, hava durumuna uygun öneriler, seyahat/valiz planlama, Studio, Digital Model, Normal Try-On ve Reference Model özellikleri sunar. Bazı özellikler ücretsiz kullanım sınırlarına, GORGIY Token bakiyesine veya Premium/Pro aboneliğine bağlı olabilir; geçerli koşullar işlemden önce uygulamada gösterilir.

EN: GORGIY provides wardrobe-based outfit recommendations, AI stylist chat, weather-aware suggestions, travel packing, Studio, Digital Model, Normal Try-On, and Reference Model features. Some features may be subject to free usage limits, a GORGIY Token balance, or a Premium/Pro subscription; the applicable condition is shown in the app before the action.

Referans Model / Reference Model

TR: “Kendi Fotoğrafımda Dene” modunda kendi fotoğrafınız temel alınır ve referans görünümdeki kıyafetler size uygulanır. “Referans Sahnesinde Dene” modunda referansın sahnesi, kadrajı ve duruşu temel alınır ve referans modelin yerine siz yerleştirilirsiniz.

EN: In “Try on My Own Photo,” your photo is the base and the clothes from the reference look are applied to you. In “Try in the Reference Scene,” the reference scene, framing, and pose are the base and you are placed in the reference model's position.

AI Sonuçları / AI Outputs

TR: AI önerileri, analizleri ve görsel sonuçları stil desteği amaçlıdır. Sanal deneme sonuçları yapay zekâ ile oluşturulur. Kaynak fotoğrafların ışığı, açısı, çözünürlüğü veya görünmeyen ayrıntıları nedeniyle kıyafet, yüz, vücut, poz ve arka planda zaman zaman görsel tutarsızlıklar oluşabilir. Bu farklılıklar üretken görüntü işleme teknolojisinin teknik sınırlamalarından kaynaklanabilir ve ürünün gerçek görünümünü kesin olarak temsil etmez. EN: AI recommendations, analyses, and image results are provided for styling assistance. Virtual try-on results are generated using AI. Differences in lighting, angle, resolution, or hidden details in the source images may occasionally cause visual inconsistencies in clothing, face, body, pose, or background. These differences may result from the technical limitations of generative image processing and may not precisely represent the product's real-world appearance. Exact preservation of body size, fabric, logos, face, body, pose, or background is not guaranteed. For better results, use clear, well-lit photos that show the person clearly. Do not rely solely on an AI result for health, safety, or professional decisions.

Kullanıcı İçeriği / User Content

TR: Yüklediğiniz fotoğraflar ve yazdığınız mesajlar size aittir. GORGIY'ye bu içerikleri yalnızca istediğiniz özellikleri çalıştırmak, güvenliği sağlamak ve destek sunmak için saklama, işleme, dönüştürme ve gerekli sağlayıcılara iletme konusunda sınırlı izin verirsiniz. İsteğe bağlı Gmail özelliğinden alınan Google kullanıcı verileri yalnız alışverişten dolaba ekleme özelliğini sağlamak için ve Gizlilik Politikası'nda açıklanan kapsamda kullanılır; reklam veya genel amaçlı AI model eğitimi için kullanılmaz.

EN: You retain ownership of the photos and messages you provide. You grant GORGIY the limited permission needed to store, process, transform, and transmit that content only to operate the features you request, maintain security, and provide support. Relevant content may be transmitted to third-party processing providers to deliver a requested AI or virtual try-on feature. Google user data obtained through the optional Gmail feature is used only to provide purchase-to-wardrobe functionality and as described in the Privacy Policy; it is not used for advertising or general-purpose AI model training.

Yasaklı Kullanım / Prohibited Use

TR: Yüklediğiniz fotoğrafları ve içerikleri kullanma hakkına sahip olmalısınız. Başkasına ait fotoğrafları izinsiz yükleyemez; yasa dışı, taciz edici veya yanıltıcı içerik üretemez; sistemi, ödeme/Token haklarını veya kullanım limitlerini kötüye kullanamaz; otomatik saldırı, tersine mühendislik ya da yetkisiz erişim girişiminde bulunamazsınız.

EN: You must have the right to use the photos and content you upload. You must not upload another person's photos without permission; generate unlawful, harassing, or deceptive content; abuse the service, payment/Token entitlements, or usage limits; launch automated attacks; reverse engineer the service; or attempt unauthorized access.

GORGIY Token Sözleşmesi / GORGIY Token Contract

TR: Studio, Digital Model üretimi, Normal Try-On, Reference Model “Kendi Fotoğrafımda Dene”, Reference Model “Referans Sahnesinde Dene”, yeni bir Travel planı ve gerçek Travel yeniden üretme/yeniden hesaplama işlemlerinin her biri 1 GORGIY Token kullanır. Reference sonucunu “Avatar Olarak Ayarla” ile kullanmak, mevcut bir sonucu veya Travel planını yeniden görüntülemek Token kullanmaz. Token bakiyeniz varsa Token ile çalışan özellikleri kullanmak için ayrıca Premium veya Pro aboneliği gerekmez.

EN: Studio, Digital Model generation, Normal Try-On, Reference Model “Try on My Own Photo,” Reference Model “Try in the Reference Scene,” a new Travel plan, and a true Travel regeneration/recalculation each use 1 GORGIY Token. Setting a Reference result as your avatar, or viewing an existing result or Travel plan, does not use a Token. If you have a Token balance, Premium or Pro is not additionally required to use Token-powered features.

EN: Eligible new accounts receive 3 one-time Welcome Tokens with no scheduled expiration. There is no separate first-free Try-On, Digital Model, or Travel entitlement. Standalone purchased Token packages have no scheduled expiration, subject to refunds, chargebacks, fraud/abuse, account deletion, or legal requirements.

TR: Token kullanan bir işlem başlamadan önce uygulama gerekli onayı ve maliyeti gösterir. EN: Before a Token-powered action starts, the app shows the required confirmation and cost. The system is designed to prevent a failed generation from being finally charged or to release the reserved Token. An action left temporarily pending may require automatic reconciliation or support review.

Premium ve Pro Abonelikleri / Premium and Pro Subscriptions

TR: Premium her aylık hak döneminde 5, Pro ise 10 abonelik Token'ı sağlar. Aylık ve yıllık aboneliklerde Token hakkı aylık olarak verilir; yıllık abonelikte tüm yılın Token'ları peşin verilmez. Kullanılmayan abonelik Token'ları aylık hak dönemi sonunda devretmez ve yeni dönemde yeni Token hakkı tanımlanır. Premium ve Pro ayrıca uygulamada gösterilen daha yüksek sohbet, kombin ve dolap/yükleme/analiz limitlerini sağlayabilir.

EN: Premium provides 5 and Pro provides 10 subscription Tokens in each monthly grant period. Grants are delivered monthly for both monthly and annual subscriptions; an annual subscription does not grant the full year's Tokens upfront. Unused subscription Tokens do not roll over after the monthly grant period, and a new grant applies in the next period. Premium and Pro may also provide the higher chat, outfit, wardrobe/upload, and analysis limits shown in the app.

TR: Abonelikler Google Play veya, kullanıma sunulduğunda, Apple App Store üzerinden işlenir ve mağazanın satın alma ekranında aksi belirtilmedikçe iptal edilene kadar otomatik yenilenir. Güncel fiyat, vergi, faturalama dönemi ve varsa deneme koşulları satın alma onayından önce mağaza ekranında gösterilir. EN: Subscriptions are processed through Google Play or, when offered, the Apple App Store and auto-renew until canceled unless the store purchase screen states otherwise. The current price, tax, billing period, and any trial terms are shown by the store before purchase confirmation. Cancellation, refunds, and purchase restoration are subject to the applicable store and account rules.

Hesap Silme / Account Deletion

TR: Hesabınızı uygulama içinden silebilirsiniz. Aktif aboneliğiniz varsa hesabı silmek aboneliği otomatik iptal etmeyebilir; Google Play veya, kullanıma sunulduğunda, Apple App Store üzerinden ayrıca iptal etmeniz gerekebilir. Sınırlı işlem veya geri döndürülemez kötüye kullanım önleme kayıtları Gizlilik Politikası'nda açıklandığı şekilde tutulabilir.

EN: You can delete your account from within the app. Deleting your account may not automatically cancel an active subscription; you may also need to cancel it through Google Play or, when offered, the Apple App Store. Limited transaction or non-reversible anti-abuse records may be retained as described in the Privacy Policy.

Hizmet Değişiklikleri ve Hesap Kısıtlamaları / Service Changes and Account Restrictions

TR: GORGIY güvenlik, sağlayıcı değişiklikleri, bakım veya yasal gereksinimler nedeniyle bir özelliği geçici olarak durdurabilir ya da güncelleyebilir. Token ve aboneliklerin temel ekonomik koşullarındaki önemli değişiklikler yürürlüğe girmeden önce uygulama veya mağaza üzerinden açıklanır. Bu şartların ya da güvenlik kurallarının ciddi veya tekrarlı ihlalinde hesabın ilgili özelliklere erişimi sınırlandırılabilir.

EN: GORGIY may temporarily pause or update a feature for security, provider changes, maintenance, or legal requirements. Material changes to the core economic terms of Tokens or subscriptions are disclosed in the app or store before they take effect. Access to relevant features may be restricted for serious or repeated violations of these terms or security rules.

GORGIY Hakları / GORGIY Rights

TR: GORGIY markası, uygulama tasarımı, yazılımı ve hizmete ait özgün içerikler üzerindeki haklar saklıdır. Bu şartlar size yalnızca uygulamayı kişisel amaçlarla kullanmak için sınırlı, geri alınabilir ve devredilemez bir kullanım hakkı verir.

EN: Rights in the GORGIY brand, app design, software, and original service content are reserved. These terms grant you only a limited, revocable, and non-transferable right to use the app for personal purposes.

Sorumluluk Sınırı / Limitation of Liability

TR: Yürürlükteki hukukun izin verdiği ölçüde GORGIY kesintisiz veya hatasız hizmet garantisi vermez. AI sonuçlarına dayanarak verdiğiniz kararlar sizin sorumluluğunuzdadır. Bu şartlar, hukuken sınırlandırılamayan tüketici haklarını ortadan kaldırmaz.

EN: To the extent permitted by applicable law, GORGIY does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. You are responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated results. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
