TR: Mesajınıza GORGIY hesabınızda kullandığınız e-posta adresini, cihaz türünü, uygulama sürümünü ve sorunun hangi ekranda oluştuğunu ekleyin. Gerekliyse kişisel bilgileri gizlediğiniz bir ekran görüntüsü paylaşabilirsiniz. Şifrenizi, doğrulama/OTP kodunuzu, kart veya banka bilgilerinizi göndermeyin.

EN: Include the email used for your GORGIY account, device type, app version, and the screen where the issue occurred. If needed, you may attach a screenshot after hiding personal information. Do not send your password, verification/OTP code, card details, or bank information.

Satın Alma ve Abonelik / Purchases and Subscriptions

TR: Satın alma görünmüyorsa uygulamadaki “Satın Alımları Geri Yükle” seçeneğini deneyin ve doğru Google Play veya Apple hesabında olduğunuzu kontrol edin. Abonelik iptali ve mağaza iadeleri ilgili mağaza hesabından yönetilir. Bakiye veya entitlement uyuşmazlığında işlem referansınızı kart bilgisi paylaşmadan support@gorgiy.com adresine gönderin.

EN: If a purchase is missing, try “Restore Purchases” in the app and confirm that you are using the correct Google Play or Apple account. Subscription cancellation and store refunds are managed through the applicable store account. For a balance or entitlement mismatch, send the transaction reference—without card details—to support@gorgiy.com.

Gmail Bağlantısı / Gmail Connection

TR: Gmail bağlantısı isteğe bağlı ve salt okunurdur. Bağlantı sona ererse uygulamadaki Gmail ekranından yeniden bağlanabilirsiniz. Bağlantıyı kaldırmak yeni taramaları durdurur; daha önce onaylayıp dolabınıza eklediğiniz ürünleri silmez.

EN: Gmail connection is optional and read-only. If access ends, reconnect from the Gmail screen in the app. Disconnecting stops new scans; it does not delete items you previously approved and added to your wardrobe.
