EN: We use this data to recommend outfits from your wardrobe, provide AI stylist chat, generate Studio, Digital Model, Try-On, and Reference Model results, plan travel packing, offer weather-aware styling, manage subscriptions and GORGIY Token entitlements, provide support, maintain security, and prevent abuse.

Fotoğraflar ve AI Özellikleri / Photos and AI Features

TR: Kıyafet ve kişi fotoğrafları; kıyafet sınıflandırma, kombin önerisi, Studio ile ürün görseli oluşturma, Digital Model üretme ve sanal deneme özelliklerini sağlamak için işlenebilir. EN: Clothing and person photos may be processed for clothing classification, outfit recommendations, Studio product-image creation, Digital Model generation, and virtual try-on features. The input images needed for a requested feature are sent to the relevant AI image-processing provider. AI-generated results may contain visual differences or errors.

EN — Reference Model: In “Try on My Own Photo,” your photo is the base and the clothes from the reference look are applied to you. In “Try in the Reference Scene,” the reference scene, framing, and pose are the base and you are placed in the reference model's position.

EN — Permission and scope: Gmail connection is optional, is enabled only with your explicit consent, and uses the read-only gmail.readonly permission. The first scan checks purchase candidates from the prior 90 days; later scans check new messages only. To identify a candidate message and extract an item, GORGIY may transiently process the sender field, subject line, message body, related PDF attachments, and embedded or linked product images. GORGIY cannot send, modify, or delete messages in your Gmail account.

EN — Retention: We do not permanently retain raw email bodies, HTML content, or PDF text. Pending review drafts are retained for up to 30 days; rejected or failed drafts for up to 7 days; and approved Gmail draft records for up to 30 days. A record for an approval in progress may be held until the operation safely completes or is recovered, to avoid concurrent deletion that could cause data loss. Processed-message identifiers, synchronization history, and Gmail-import quota transaction records are retained for up to 120 days to prevent duplicates, apply upload limits safely and idempotently, and protect synchronization integrity. One-time OAuth security-state records are deleted after their short validity period expires. When you reject a candidate, its extracted draft image and raw extraction data are deleted. An image you approve becomes part of your normal wardrobe record and may remain until you delete the wardrobe item or your account.

EN — Approval, AI, and sharing: No detected item is added to your wardrobe without your approval. Only a product image you approve through “Add to wardrobe” is sent to OpenAI for clothing classification. Raw email bodies, HTML content, and PDF text are not sent to OpenAI. Google user data is not used, sold, or shared for advertising, advertising profiles, or training general-purpose AI models.

EN — Disconnect and deletion: Disconnecting Gmail in the app deletes the Google access credentials stored by GORGIY and stops future access and scans; it does not delete items you previously approved and added to your wardrobe. To delete all Gmail connection and import records, delete your account in the app or send a request to privacy@gorgiy.com.

EN: Each provider receives only the data needed to provide the requested feature. RevenueCat may receive an app user identifier, product and transaction information, purchase tokens/receipts, entitlement status, and limited device or technical information needed to validate purchases and prevent fraud.

Depolama ve Güvenlik / Storage and Security

EN: Data is protected with HTTPS in transit. Access tokens are stored in encrypted form, and access to Google data and import records is limited to authorized services that need it to operate the feature. No transmission or storage method can guarantee absolute security.

EN — Image access: Pending product images extracted from Gmail are kept in private storage and use short-lived signed links. Images you approve and add to your normal wardrobe may, like other wardrobe photos, be served through hard-to-guess URLs accessible to anyone who has the link. Do not share these links; you can remove an image from your wardrobe or by deleting your account.

Saklama ve Tercihleriniz / Retention and Your Choices

EN: Account, wardrobe, chat, outfit, travel, and AI image data may be retained while your account is active and as needed to provide the relevant feature, or until you delete the related content or account. You can disable location permission in device settings, disconnect Gmail in the app, and manage an active store subscription through the applicable store.

EN: You can initiate account deletion from within the app. The process is intended to delete your profile, wardrobe and Studio images, chat and outfit history, travel plans, Digital Model, Try-On, and Reference Model inputs/results, and Gmail connection/import records. An active subscription may also need to be canceled separately through Google Play or, when offered, the Apple App Store.

EN — Limited exceptions: Store and RevenueCat transaction history may remain with those providers under their own legal and retention requirements. Limited transaction or non-reversible verification records may be retained as needed for refunds, chargebacks, accounting/legal obligations, security, abuse prevention, and preventing repeated Welcome Token claims. These records are not used to recreate your deleted profile or photos.
